High Performance (TSS Rovers)

VAFC is proud to partner with TSS FC Rovers as part of a unique, fully integrated player development pathway. Through this alliance, VAFC players have direct access to high-performance programming, with TSS overseeing and coaching our Rovers teams at the U11–U13 level and providing a clear progression into BCSPL and League1 BC environments. TSS FC Rovers are widely recognized for their development expertise and commitment to advancing players to the next level, and our collaboration ensures that VAFC players benefit from that experience while remaining rooted in their home club.
