Coaching with VAFC is a chance to make a real impact in one of Vancouver’s largest and most vibrant soccer communities. With more than 220 teams across all age groups and levels, we are always looking for positive role models who want to help young players build skills, confidence, character, and a lifelong love of the game.

Whether you are an experienced coach or just getting started, VAFC offers coaching opportunities from House (U5–U10) to 8-aside (U11–U13) and Divisional (U14–U18). We believe great coaches should be supported, which is why the club provides training, guidance, and ongoing development to help every coach succeed and grow.
